The third office of Title Guaranty and Trust is located in a newly renovated bank building in courthouse square of Cleveland Tennessee.  Miles and Kirk leaned on the history and age of the company, founded in 1887, echoing the brand image of the other locations. With the growth of Cleveland Tennessee and the influx of real estate customers, it was imperative that the design reflected the importance of the customers and transactions that take place here.
