For our design of this repurposed building in downtown Chattanooga, every person and their use of the space was considered. The Scout Realtor Group office is intended to be as comfortable for the agents that work there as it is appealing to the clients and home-buyers arriving for meetings. Scout delighted in knowing each agent would feel welcomed and at home while at work.  With an almost library ambiance, we designed intentional zones to allow agents feel at ease.  Sound absorbing lighting cozies up the large space and ample seating zones allow for privacy and intimacy.  Colors and textures throughout subtly reference the Scout Realtor branding.  A quiet confidence begins for clientele as they move thru the more public spaces, with subtle and strong choices echoing Scout’s motto: “Trust the Realtors that know the town.”
